Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: 3:00 PM
    Guests are welcome to check in any time after 3:00 PM to 9:00PM. Early check-in may be possible based on availability but must be arranged in advance.

  • Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
    We kindly ask that guests check out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.


Reservation & Payment Policy

  • All reservations must be secured with a valid credit card or a 25% deposit at the time of booking.

  • Full payment is required upon arrival unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation.

  • Room rates are based on double occupancy unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change unexpectedly. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our business:

  • Free Cancellation:
    Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 10 days before the scheduled arrival date. No fees will be applied.

  • Late Cancellation: 

           If the cancellation is made within 10 days of the scheduled cancellation date, the guest will be charged the total price of the reservation
  • No-Show Policy:
    If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date, the reservation will be marked as a no-show, and the full cost of the stay will be charged.


Modification Policy

  • Reservation modifications, including changes to arrival dates or the number of guests, must be requested at least 10 days prior to arrival and are subject to availability.

  • Any changes requested less than 10 days before arrival may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking and may incur applicable fees.

Booking.Com, Expedia & Website  Reservations

When you make a reservation through our website or a third-party platform, your card is not charged at the time of booking. The card information is collected only to guarantee your reservation.

  • No prepayment is required.

  • Full payment is made upon the night before checking out at the property.

  • We reserve the right to pre-authorize your card prior to arrival to ensure its validity.

Final Billing

To ensure a smooth and timely departure, we kindly ask that all outstanding bills be settled on the night before check-out.

  • This includes accommodation balances, meals, add-on services, and any other charges incurred during your stay.

  • Guests checking out early in the morning are especially encouraged to complete payment arrangements the evening prior.

  • If you have any questions about your bill or would like to review your charges, our team will be happy to assist.

VAT, Taxes, and Charges

Please note the following regarding applicable charges during your stay:

  • We do not charge VAT (Value Added Tax) on our services or accommodations.

  • However, a 10% service charge is added to all bills, including accommodation, meals, and any additional services.

  • This service charge supports our staff and helps us maintain the high level of care and hospitality we provide to our guests.
